Unfortunately, we hit a problem about 1/2 way through the job when the installer discovered that the carpet had a manufacturing flaw. The owner, Herb, worked with us to select a new carpet and offered a sizable discount for our troubles. The installer was also very particular and did a good job. Don't go anywhere else for your carpeting needs - best price, best service, and quality people are all here!
